You will have problem for video streaming HD if you have the single core Atom (N270, N280, N450 or Z520), but all the netbooks will run perfectly standard videos, unless you run something in background on netbook.
High definition videos from YouTube more power required encoded video, you need something more powerful than the Atom N270 or N450 on your netbook. Nvidia ION or HD decoder hardware is the answer, are playing well all the way to 1080p.
